v expensive and not too soft feeling after

ugh, i used to like olaplex but i’m starting to wonder how good it is for my hair. i regularly use 3 and 8 but my hair doesn’t feel particularly good. after using a cheap aussie hair mask, my hair feels its usual soft, much better than the olaplex tbh. maybe this is a user issue and my hair is v fine and thin and needs a good amount of conditioning to be smooth and knot free but i can’t say i prefer this to a cheap mask!

An ok mask

I didn't get on with the Olaplex line as a whole, the texture of my fine hair was far worse than when I started, but this was perhaps the best product for me in the line. It's light and doesn't weigh the hair down. But as far as moisture goes, there are plenty of better moisture masks available.

Decent Mask

I used a sample of this. Enough for several uses over a couple of months. Applied every fortnight in steam room to the body of the hair (not the scalp). Hair left very silky after use with ends restored and looking healthy. I'm not sure the effect was impressive enough that I would buy it but my hair is fine and in good condition so wouldn't absolutely need it.

Amazing for fine, frizzy colour treated hair

If you thought number 3 was good this is amazing. I have fine colour treated hair that is a disaster if I air dry. This #8 is a miracle I air dried my hair and it’s incredibly humid out and it is not frizzy at all I didn’t even have to straighten it ! Soft and beautiful ! Can’t wait to try this product down South to keep my hair in line ! Don’t hesitate ! Trust me I’ve spent $$$$$ trying all hair products to help with the condition of my hair.

Excellent product. Curly,Grey shoulder length hair, most of the time looked like straw, until I used the Olaplex No.8...love it!
