Color issue

I ordered this in Caramel. What arrived was a much darker bag. Had to return.

In person the color is darker

I ordered online without seeing it in person, the size, the shape , everything was perfect, but the color… on the photos looks light dusty pink, but in person is darker, the crossbody belt is lighter pink and the handbag is darker shade… I returned

Wrong bag sent

I wanted to purchase a navy micro mini bag which wasn’t available in store so saleswomen ordered it online and had it shipped to me. I received a navy micro mini bag covered with silver stars 😳 not at all my style. I was told it wasn’t available thru Bloomingdale’s. I sent it back and was refunded. Then I went on the MZ Wallace site and was able to get the correct bag with free ship and 15% off.
