Not What I Expected
heard so much about these; while very soft, they were incredibly NON absorbent Plush and soft; yes absorbent? pretty low on the scale returned them :(
Package did not arrive order.
Something strange happen I got a notice from UPS that my order was being being delivered the next day when I track the order UPS stated that package address needed clarification and was returning package back to sender on 08/04/2025 I got notice that package had been delivered to sender. Both my billing and delivery address was correct on notices that I received. So what was the true reason why this was return?
Good Quality
I have had some Milagro towels for a few months. I was worried as some reviewers said the stitching came undone and the color faded in areas soon after purchase. Neither has happened. They are very soft and lightweight; I prefer a lighter weight towel as they dry more quickly (less time in the dryer, quicker to dry in winter).

Different Colors
I ordered 2 hand towels at the same time. They shipped together but were 2 completely different shades of gray. Obviously I know different lots may produce different colors but when they are ordered and shipped together, you would think that you would make sure they are from the same lot and same color. This is lazy in my opinion.

quality control
I received the towel today and it does not look like the picture. Moreover, the label was not on the towel and the towel was frayed. It reeks of a detergent fragrance. It honestly looks like Bloomingdales sent me a previously used towel. I am going to return immediately.
Poor quality defective dye poor customer service
I was so excited to upgrade my towels from Restoration Hardware and loved these towels at first, but am very disappointed with the quality. I purchased 3 sets of the Dune color and within 6 months the color dye leaked to this awful orange-y baby poo color. The loftiness of the towels completely went away and they are very coarse to the touch now. After owning for about 2 years, the difference between the new ones and mine are astounding for the money spent on a luxury product. Matouk customer service would not honor even though the dye in my opinion was defective. They claimed it isn't under warranty, but no warranty is listed on their website, so they basically just didn't honor their product and didn't want to help me. They offered a 15% discount on new towels which was a slap in the face, you can get a larger discount through friends and family events. Not only would I not purchase Matouk's towels, I wouldn't purchase anything from their company.
