Received a used comforter

I received a used comforter. It is highly wrinkled and smudged with marker. It does not smell like a new comforter at all. The tag attached to the comforter indicates that it was returned to the store before. I can't fathom somebody utilizing someone's well-used comforter. Bloomingdale's should focus more on quality control.

Good purchase

I have been looking for a duvet insert that keeps fluffy throughout the night. This one does exactly that it is a little warm, but after getting used to not too bad. Great quality and does not shed.

Horrible chemical smell

Absolutely horrendous chemical smell. This is my second duvet from Matouk - I wanted something allergy friendly and without feathers. Well I had HORRIBLE allergies to the chemical smell of this duvet. It feels cheap as well.
