Good quality shoes but could be better

The overall appearance of the shoes is as expected, clean and well made. I found the insole and back of the heel inside to be less comfortable than I'd expect even knowing they are brand new. I've had much less expensive shoes that were drastically more comfortable. Time will tell but for the price I expect more.
