Socks STINK: perfume put in box
THESE SOCKS STINK !! I am allergic to ALL fragrances, and NONE are allowed in my house. I open the box to find a fragrance sample/advertising piece. The box stinks, the socks stink, the sample stinks, and I had to put it all in a plastic bag and put it in the garbage. I WILL NEVER order anything from Macy's again.

Not cotton - yuck!
I assumed these were cotton, not the case. Cheap nylon? or something. Thin, stretch, slippery in shoes type of material. So disappointed. Had to donate before even trying them on. Yuck!

Jelly roll socks
The socks roll down to ankle like a jelly-roll. After that, I tried to fold them down once over. This fold didn't work because they are not made to be folded down. Waste of money. Also, wish they were cotton. I don't like the slippery plastic-type material they are using now for socks because the socks slip in shoes when walking and they make feet sweat more. Expected much better from this brand.

Best women's socks
I have owned Lauren socks for years. They are lightweight, have no bulky stitching at the toe and stay up...no slipping into the shoe. What a great pair of socks.
