Worst Delivery and Customer Service

I am a Bloomies Loyalist and have been shopping at Bloomingdales for 30 years. I ordered this blouse and it was shipped in a thin plastic bag with one tissue partially wrapped around it. Bag was damaged, and therefore the blouse. I returned it and shipped it back and they sent a new one. Same shipping style, second blouse arrived damaged (large stain). Now I will not have this blouse for my trip and it is no longer availble in my size.

Pretty but not gorgeous. The weight is lighter than I would prefer and the color yellow is average.
