Case quality decreased.

Lipstick is gorgeous. But this is the 5th case I've bought, and it's noticeably lacking it substance and weight from my prior ones. It looks like you have decreased the quality of the case materials but not the price. I was quite disappointed to see my favorite brand do this. Guerlain is known for quality. Not skimping.

Stunning Lipstick Case

This case is stunning and adds an unmatched beauty to my accompanying lipstick. The engraving is a beautiful touch and it’s nice to have the included mirror. I will say, it would have been nice to be able to close the mirror when the lipstick is out but this isn’t a major issue.

Beautiful palette for late summer headed for autum

keep sending me the WRONG color

I ordered Peacock, but I received Songbird. I spoke to the rep and they resent the item to me while I returned the Songbird. However, I received a second Songbird... They kept verifying that I ordered Peacock, but fulfillment or whoever's putting the item in my bag keeps sending me Songbird...I'm tired of going to UPS to return this, a waste of time, and they can't seem to see why this same mistake keeps happening.

Beautiful Color and Soft Silky Feel

The lipstick is a very pretty color that will be perfect for the spring and summer. It is soft but still engaging and the finish to the lipstick itself is very silky - no gloss necessary
