Eric Javits Sun Crest Packable Hat

I received the hat, but unfortunately, it arrived completely wrinkled and squished. I’m having difficulty understanding how it can be considered "packable" when it arrived in such poor condition and is still out of shape. Given the reputation of Eric Javits, I expected a higher quality product that would meet these standards. Could you please advise on how we might resolve this issue? Thank you for your assistance.
