Good but can be overwhelming

This candle is great like most Diptyque products. The scent is pure oud with a hint of powderiness, similar to their fragrance Oud Palau but more sharp and woody and less animalistic if that makes any sense! I find the cold throw to be superb but looses 1 star as the hot throw is ok, I guess it’s good for the size of the candle but this won’t fill a large size room. Surprisingly it’s great in the bedroom in winter time.

Mum Knows Best!

My mother isn't the easiest to please and buying a candle for her can be hit or miss - this was most definitely a HIT. She said she absolutely LOVES the candle and that her apartment hallway smelt luxurious! She also said it burns really well and has burned down evenly with a good wick.

Perfect Winter Candle

This candle is perfect for the winter months. I have the Sapin candle too which is ideal for Christmas because of its fresh pine scent, but the Oud candle provides a strong, enticing and spicy aroma that lasts for hours and evokes an exotic mood during the cold winter months.

The best Diptyque

The candle makes any room or hallway smell incredibly expensive. Having bought a number of Diptyque candles over the years, I think this is by far their boldest and most iconic scent available. A quality product. You deserve this scent in your life, buy two!

Lovely

Bought this as a gift but it has a Lovely smell and packaging is just perfect, little bit pricey but worth it. Recipient is very happy and said it was their perfect gift!! Diptique is becoming one of my new favourites brands for both me and my partner..
