Brewing the truth!

Amazing and easy coffee machine. I was never happy with my other machines and this fills all the gaps. It’s also very easy to use for something so sophisticated. I especially love the ease of switching from decaf and regular.

Simple to use!

Very satisfied with my purchase! Convenient, within a matter of minutes and few taps on the screen, a delicious coffee is ready to enjoy every morning. It offers ice and hot coffee, various drink options, notifications for cleanings and saves preferences for multiple coffee drinkers. Keep a container or cup ready upon turning the machine on for when it heats up because water is drained out. Although grind settings still confuse me, this super auto works really well, I haven't gone to a coffee shop since this purchase!

Highly recommend!

Great coffee! Love this machine and the variety of coffee you can make. The instruction prompts are super easy to follow. Milk could be hotter for lattes but heating the cup or choosing more aerated milk helps with that. Descaling kits are out of stock at US Delonghi site but hopefully they will be available soon.

Great for A expresso Novice.

Bought this coffee maker a month ago being a novice with espresso machines. It was easy to use and provided a wide variety of different options. Both Cold and hot brew. Purchased the cold brew attachment and some wonderful ice coffee. Decaf bin great for evening coffee.

Great product

I'm loving my new Rivelia and all of the different coffees it makes, especially the Cappuccinos and Lattes. I love how easy it is to adjust beverage size, intensity, and density of the foam, and being able to save my settings. I have several other electric coffee makers as well as a pour-over system but the Rivelia has now replaced all of them. My suggestion for improving the machine is a cosmetic change. The volume measurements on the milk carafe are really hard to see since they're lightly etched into the side of the translucent carafe; I would prefer it if they were printed on the carafe in a contrasting color. Also, since I count calories, I would like to have access to a chart or table listing the number of oz or ml of milk used in each size of each type of milk drink. The instruction manual has a "Drink quantity table" but it's not specific enough to be useful.

Pretty good

I’m happy with the machine. Easy press of buttons. Easy to clean. I like how easy it is to change out the bean hoppers. The water tank doesn’t hold much water but it’s easy to lift it up and put back, so it’s not a big deal. My biggest drawback is that you can’t fit very tall cups up under it. I was very disappointed to see it didn’t raise very high.
