Smelly pillow

Unfortunately, I cannot sleep on the pillow, the smell is so bad. I communicated with Customer Serivce and they assured me the smell would go away. It hasn't yet. Hopefully someday it will. . .

Down Pillow

I bought this for my husband, he didn’t like it because it had the pins in the feathers. So I am using it. I haven’t had a feather pillow in years and have forgotten how nice and light they are. I don’t get too hot sleeping on it; and it fluff ups nicely in the morning when making my bed.

Good, not great

The pillow itself is quite nice and we are satisfied with them. The issue we have is with the pillow cover and the pillow case. Once you put on the pillow cover they recommend and sell, the pillow no longer fits into the pillow case, which is also B&B. Kind of a peculiar situation. And quite annoying
