Defective

Looks very pretty but was very disappointed when I had guests over and they tried to use it for the first time and it wouldn’t dispense. Now I have to discard of the soap to return it. What a shame!

Inconsistent colors for the moonbeam shade

Ordered two trays and I received two different shades, which is unfortunate because they don’t match.
