Disappointed in color

I had borrowed a Baggallini bag like this in gray, so I knew I loved everything about this bag except the color. The bag was perfect for my carry on, as well as day trips while traveling. It's very user friendly, with easy access pockets and plenty of storage for my purposes. I had to give the bag I ordered, in the color Taupe Twill, I was very disappointed. Instead of being the color pictured, it is a boring tan. Not as stylish and shiny. Now I'm stuck with this bag for an upcoming trip.

ATTACH THE ZIPPER PULLS BETTER

The zippers are not well attached they keep coming off. They’re not strongly clipped together. I have asked if I can buy more zipper pulls and they won’t even let me buy extra zipper poles for these backpack. I’m on my second backpack in three years. I don’t even take it out very much primarily in the house and a couple of pens and laptop cords. I am getting so sick of this. they have no concept of selling half a dozen zipper pulls-which is all they really need to do. They no longer make my silver shimmer pack. And the zipper pulls keep falling off maybe they’ve developed a better way to secure them by now. But I’m very disappointed that I can’t buy some zipper pulls for the darn thing. I don’t see why I should have to get a brand new bag.

I keep buying this bag as there is no replacement. Well thought out, well engineered, incredible value.. No designer bag even comes close.

Great size and beautiful color!

I bought this to travel internationally as it’s the perfect size to fit under the seat but still has storage for all my things. I bought the navy and the color is beautiful! The handles seem strong (although I haven’t had but one trip to try them on). I love all the compartments. I like the two bottle holders but some people may not need two.

Perfect backpack for work or travel!

I have been using this backpack for work and I love it. It’s just the right size to hold all my stuff without being bulky. It’s also very light weight and that was exactly what I was looking for. The water bottle pockets are big enough for my large refillable bottles. There are many organizational pockets. The material is soft but holds its shape. I’m really happy with the purchase.

More storage than you might have expected’

I adore this bag! It is expansive but will fit underneath the seat in front of you. So many protection features and very lightweight. It can hold more than you might imagine.
