Vivid colors and graceful styles punctuated Evelyne Chetrite's youth. And after moving from Morocco to Paris as a teenager, then studying law as she worked in vintage shops, her vocation began taking shape. Sandro was born in 1984 when she and Didier Chetrite opened their first boutique on rue Vieille du Temple in the heart of the Marais. Sandro initially specialized in clothing for women that explored the masculine and feminine, creating discreet looks with a distinctive Parisian vibe. Today, more than 30 years later, Sandro crafts vintage-inspired men's and women's clothing coveted for its expert tailoring as well as its enduring and understated style.
