I have never written a review before but I felt Bloomingdale's customers need to know about the rude and inefficient customer service if you have a problem. I don't even know where to begin it is so ridiculous. I received a broken glass and was told to place another order because they were crediting my credit card. So I did. Fifteen days later I received a gift card instead and they charged my card again because it was an order which I was told to do. I also received an email that said if I don't return the broken glass I will be charged again. (I was told not to return the broken glass) I called again to say I requested a credit card credit, not a gift card. Forth call and 45 minutes later I was told the gift card sent had $0 balance and a credit was issued to my credit card. Why send a card that has a zero balance? As of today 12/16, I have not received a credit on my card so I have paid twice for one glass. I understand if you are confused at this point! I am told something different every time I call and obviously placing another order wasn't the right direction from customer service. The original order was placed 11/25, so they have had plenty of time to credit my card which they claim to have done. The last representative was rude and talked over me which led to more frustration. I will never shop at Bloomingdales again if this is how they treat their customers. I guess I expected decent customer service since Bloomingdales markets itself as high-end store. I will call again on Monday if I don't have a credit on my card. BTY - The wine glasses are nice and very pretty but if I were you I would purchase them elsewhere.
