Really Beautiful
I’ve wanted to replace my knackered old pestel and mortar for ages and I’m so glad I waited for this one. It is a beautiful piece and I just love the addition of the bamboo lid to keep the dust out and create a storage space for the pestel.

Ok but improvements could be made
Nice look piece from a distance - needs a material on the bottom to stop it scratching / damaging surfaces and the pestel (when cleaned) seeps through the wood on to the bowl creating dark patches. Expected better in all honesty.
