Very disappointed!
Received this UV-Clean portable sanitizer bag as a Christmas gift. Battery doesn’t hold charge. I charged it over night and when I went to use it that evening it didn’t work. It will work maybe once when you charge it and use it right at that moment. So very disappointing.

Great for sanitizing phone
Recently purchase and it is great that I can sanitize our phones, keys, glasses etc.! Love that it is rechargeable and portable!

Never worked
I ordered this for my parents for Christmas. It has never worked. It would not charge, out of the box. They've never been able to use it.

Doesn’t work
Opened new box, charged it, doesn’t work. Lights flash red and blue. Customer service has 60+ minutes wait. Hours on receipt say they’re open 2 hours longer than they actually are. So far, not pleased, but HoMedics emailed me asking for a review while things were fresh in mind. Will keep trying for a resolution.

Not sure if it is working properly.
This sometimes works and sometimes doesn't (flashes red even when I have followed the directions to start the sanitizing process). Not the best quality and not even sure if it does work when it's supposed to be working (when it flashes blue and then stops, there is no way to tell if my phone is actually sanitized).
