Arrived broken

The baker arrived broken. It had one layer of thin foam wrap with a short piece of crumpled brown paper in a large box. The item was not secure in the box and arrived shattered. I wanted to re-order but it said no longer available. 5 stars for the baker and customer service but 0 stars for packing.
