Perfect rice and grains every time

I’ve tried other brands and other models of rice cookers and this is the best one for consistently perfectly cooked rice and grains. I like that excess condensation from the lid has a drip spout and collector too. Skip the induction model. New technology isn’t always better!

Best rice cooker ever

Doesn't work for steel cut oatmeal

Very disappointed. This is truly just a rice cooker. I bought this to cook brown rice and steel cut oatmeal, which are foods we eat daily. It just won't cook. Still cut oats without making an enormous mess. Water boils out the top vent and spills over the back. It's a real pain to clean up. We have tried rinsing the steel cut oats repeatedly prior to cooking, and it still makes a huge mess.

Outstanding rice cooker!

This rice cooker makes perfect rice each time whether cooking basmati or Japanese rice. There’s no careful measuring of water using a measuring cup, wondering if the rice is cooked after steaming and lowering the temperature for a set number of minutes! Purchased it during Friends and Family to get a promotional discount!
