Sent two right shoes. Never again.

Paid over a thousand dollars for these and Bloomingdales sent me two right shoes. Not a left and a right. They were supposed to be a special gift for my wife for our anniversary. Now I have nothing. The woman on the phone was very kind and slightly embarrassed to find out that there are no more of these available. You would think that whoever packed the heels might check for left and right like every store does but sadly this is not the case at Bloomingdales. I do appreciate the refund I'll be getting. I have absolutely no use for Bloomingdales after this.

The ankle strap isn’t long enough. So the little pin broke and I was so annoyed because that was my birthday shoe and I had to wear them for my birthday dinner.
