I recently purchased this $300 perfume from Bloomingdale’s, and while it was delivered on time, I had to return it due to several issues. The product arrived wrapped in a plastic bag instead of the brand’s official cellophane packaging, the box was ripped, and there were fingerprints on the bottle. The pump assembly was out of place, and the fragrance sprayed immediately on the first pump—clear signs that it had been used. The scent itself was also noticeably weak compared to what it should be. Bloomingdale’s representatives were very understanding, quickly refunded me in full, and acknowledged this has been happening often. I still have great faith in Bloomingdale’s, but I suspect these shipments are coming from a distribution center outside their direct control. Hopefully this gets resolved soon, as I’d like to continue buying fragrances from Bloomingdale’s with full confidence.
