Awesome knife, worth the money

Great addition to my kitchen. The weight and size is perfect for my needs, and it has stayed sharp even after using daily for about a month. I don't expect to need to sharpen it for a while. Do hand wash and immediately dry to keep it in tip top shape when you get yours.

Love this knife

I love epicure products! When I saw epicure and wusthof had teamed up, I just had to check out this knife. I use this knife for prep work, cutting meats, you name it and it works. It’s well balanced, sturdy, and beautifully designed. I hand wash only had use a blade guard. This is a great knife I love it.
