Excellent knife

The Amici chefs knife is perfect. It has the same or extremely similar bolster as the classic chefs knife so you can hold it really well. The olive wood handle just looks amazing. One nice touch I didn’t know about until I received it - the handle isn’t 2 pieces sandwiching the tang. It candles it so the bottom is continuous piece giving it a smooth feel. Exceptionally made knife and worth every penny.
