Never buying from them again

I will never order from them again. This very expensive vase was bought as a gift. Delivered well. 5 days later it is put on sale 25% off...called them and asked for refund or store credit and denied. $600 difference. Some silly rule about it being a special sale "friends and family". No friends and family sham each other out of this kind of money. Goodbye Bloomingdales.
