Unacceptable

This review is not about the sneakers in-of-itself but about the care and presentation of this package and how the sneakers arrived. This is the second pair of sneakers I ordered because the first one that came, had a lot of black marks on them and was in a tattered Bloomingdale’s box just like the one in this photo. I contacted customers re: the issue and another pair was shipped out to me. The problem, the second pair arrived looking worse than the first. Call me picky but when I spend money on a product, I expect it to look new. These sneakers that arrived (literally a few minutes ago, June 2, 2025 at approximately 7: 10 pm) looked as though someone tried them and the sales associate chose that pair to send me. The lace also looks like they are used. While ordering items online is convenient, the customer service with packaging is a miss 9/10. I like the sneakers but I will not keep them simple because of how they arrived, the package and the blatant disregard to me, the customer.
