Beautiful skirt

It’s a beautiful skirt and it was on sale. It is sold out everywhere. My size is M and I ordered L because there was no M available. I would probably fit in S since this skirt had a loose cut. And the second problem is that for my 5 feet frame it’s a maxi skirt not midi. I was not sure if I can hem it so I returned it. Still thinking about it though…
