This collection features interior designer Sheila Bridges' much-admired design, Harlem Toile de Jouy. The design draws inspiration from traditional French toile, reimagined to celebrate a complex history and rich culture, while exploring stereotypes and allowing expression of politics and art.

Like Sheila, Josiah Wedgwood voiced his political stance through creativity and craft. His Slave Medallion, "Am I Not a Man and a Brother", was sent to Benjamin Franklin to raise awareness of the anti-slavery movement. Sheila was first introduced to Wedgwood by her mother, who gave her a black and white medallion which she now wears as a necklace.

This collaboration sees Sheila's popular design meet Wedgwood's fine bone china, for a collection that celebrates art as a tool for storytelling and change.
