Waterford for Display only and Not Use

We purchased a Waterford Vase for our newlywed Son and Daughter In-Law. The Vase was defective and developed a chip in a few months. While Waterford offers their customers in Australia a one year replacement warranty, there is NO warranty in the US. Their response to us was essentially that products are only suitable for display, not use. Buyers beware that the brand hype is strictly around appearance, not serviceability. While Waterford unfortunately does NOT demonstrate integrity, we do demonstrate integrity and purchased another brand product as replacement for our Son and Daughter in-law.

Waterford Lismore candlesticks were a hit.

My giftees loved their beautiful Lismore candlesticks, especially since they were unexpected last-minute add-ons which I added to complete their matching Waterford table crystal sets which I had ordered and sent to them earlier. Most fun I have ever had choosing and acquiring gifts for any reason. Very meaningful gifts and feel great that they will be passed down through generations to help enhance so many memorable dining experiences.

Lismore Collection

If you want something that is special to waterford and promises to never go out of style, the Lismore style is the style for you. It is classic Waterford, and all of the pieces are absolutely gorgeous. It's hard to pick. The make perfect gifts, especially, for weddings. I love the picture frames and the candle holders. But, like I said, I think it is all beautiful.

Beautiful vase

Waterford makes a beautiful product! This vase is gorgeous. A little smaller (I didn't measure what 8" was) than what I thought but it works! Such a special gift.
