Sizing is WAAAYYY off

The sizing on these is totally off. I measured my dog's paws and used the weight guidelines in the description. Yet I can't even come close to getting these on my dog's feet....they are sooo tiny!! I'd love to exchange these for a larger size, but am not even sure that the next size up would fit.
