Bait & switch, not what I ordered

This is my first online purchase from Bloomingdale’s and probably my last. I can only assume that they are liquidating inventory and doing bait and switch sales to try to make up the lost sale revenue in product tax. I didn’t even receive what I ordered. Doesn’t look anything like it and was a cheap, plastic beaded and green rope black bikini bottom, running very small. I ordered the top of this bathing suit as well, only sold separately, which was promptly canceled as an order. So not only did they not have the bottom they did not have the top and are selling them both at top price. This is intentional fraud not just poor service.
