A little disappointed for the price

So far it's not as great as I expected. I bought it to puree my food while I am going through extensive dental work. I have a small Ninja processor that works better.

Disappointed in this Vitamix model.

I make smoothies on a daily basis and the Blender Recommender suggested this model. It just does not effectively blend frozen berries and bananas. In fact, it doesn't blend dry foods like dates very well either. I have to hold the blender container firmly to keep it from bouncing around. I've tried multiple ways to blend using the variable speed control, to no avail.

First time Vitamix owner and I am thrilled!

First time owning a Vitamix blender and it has not disappointed! I love using my blender daily! I make smoothies almost daily and it is so much better than my older blender. It mixes frozen fruit like a hot knife through butter. Easier to clean than my old traditional blender.

Very disappointed

I have wanted a Vitamix for years. I thought for sure it would be replacing the cheaper blender that’s I have had for the last two years. However, I find that when I’m making things like hummus or a smoothie that is packed full I have to go back to my old mixer because the Vitamix doesn’t even begin to break down the contents. Extremely disappointed with this purchase.

Great blender

So far the blender works great. It's the smaller size, so won't make large batches, but it fits perfectly in our cabinets which is the reason we got this size. It's very easy to use and simple to clean, which is awesome. It also blends very well. So far I like it.

This is an amazing kitchen tool. I’m so glad I got it. I was u sure which machine to choose but the website had quiz to help give me a recommendation. I don’t think you can choos a wrong one. They all blend wonderfully!
