Vintner's Daughter is a GAME CHANGER.

A year and a half of ago, I bought one of Blue Mercury's sample bags and that is the only way I came to know the magic of Vintner's Daughter. I threw the small sample bottle of VD in my travel bag as a back up serum just in case I ran out of my usual. Half way through a trip in Barcelona, I pulled it out because I had run out of everything else. Within 5 days, I literally could not believe how healthy and gorgeous my skin looked. Yes, it is expensive and no, you will not find anything else like it. I grappled with spending $300+ dollars on a serum (on top of everything else I buy for my skin) but it is COMPLETELY worth it. I use it every night now and even my long time facialist noticed a difference. MY SKIN: I am in my late 40s, no wrinkles, olive complexion, normal/dry. Four years ago, I underwent RF microneedling and the plastic surgeon used the wrong setting and burned my face and neck. I have struggled with scarring and uneven texture (to say the least) and VD has helped my skin in so many ways. I have had to undergo maybe chemical peels and lasers since that horrific experience, but I using VD has really helped bring my skin back to (almost) normal. It is the best serum I have ever used (I have previously used La Mer, 111 Skincare, Neo Genesis - all good in their own right). I highly recommend Vintners Daughter and only wish they'd provide more samples so others can try it. There is a reason VD never, ever goes on sale. They don't need to. Their products speak for themselves.

the best-last-step of the routine

[Employee of bluemercury] Vintner's Active Botanical Serum is, well, or everyone, but then for the person who needs to romanticize moments throughout their day- and for me, it’s twice a day. From carefully dispensing 5 drops of the gold magic serum into my palms, then gently pressing into my skin and once that’s done, using whatever is left over on the ends of my hair- it's a thoughtful process. All the while focusing on nothing else except for that. Plus it's just fantastic for your skin.

Not the same as it used to be

The fantastic aroma is still the same but there is a marked difference in the quality than previous times I've bought it. It's much runnier, more slippery, non-absorbent. It feels almost synthetic and even the color has changed. I wouldn't mind the changes but this doesn't produce the same effects as the old formula. The new formula is just oily, doesn't absorb and doesn't hydrate like the old one.

My favorite serum…and I’ve tried a lot.

I’ve been using this serum for years. I love the smell and the texture and the results! I put it on at night after a shower and let it soak in.

Best product in my beauty routine

[Employee of bluemercury] I am a serious SkinCeuticals loyalist, but I smelled this in the store and had to add it to my routine. I use this product at night and it smells and feels divine. It is more like an oil than a serum so it feels super nourishing. I definitely see brightening, and the morning after I use it, my skin just feels so much softer. It's expensive, but really worth the price in my opinion!

Best Product Ever!

[Employee of bluemercury] When I say this is like magic in a bottle, I mean it. There is nothing like this out there. The list of ingredients is enough to make you want to drench your face in this serum. But a little goes a long way! I put a few drops in my palm, rub my hands together and then slowly dab it all over my face and neck making sure it all soaks in. It smells wonderful, and truly makes my skin look younger. I have oily skin, so I would normally be nervous about a face oil. But this doesn't make me oily, doesn't leave skin greasy. It just soaks into your skin and works from within just providing your skin with so much goodness and nutrients. I think everyone should try this, and you will love it. I have never tried a product that I love this much. I am 39 years old and since using this I have gotten the most compliments on my skin so far. I've tried so many face products and have never seen such instant results. I recommend using this ASAP whatever age you are. It is truly everything that your skin needs. Trust me, it is magical, and the smell will just instantly relax you. Heaven in a bottle!
