Black material not the same as caramel

Bought these pants in both colors. The caramel color pants were a super soft, silky material (like the picture) but the black pants were like a thick, rough sweatshirt-like material. Fit is true to size in both colors - 5'2" & 120 lbs and the small fit perfectly in both.
