Cracks. Zero stars.

We love Villeroy and have many pieces. This glass pitcher is unacceptable and should be pulled. Both of ours cracked within a year where the handle meets the body. Because we *used* them? Don't even think about purchasing.

Used once. Gets 0 stars.

Purchased this is September to use for the Holidays. Used it for the first time on Thanksgiving for ice water. There are now visible cracks around the top of the handle...after one use. Did not put in the dishwasher either. And it's too late to return. I don't dare use it again. I am not happy!

Spout too small, leaks every time you pour water. Have never seen such a small spout anywhere.
