Excellent Cookware!
I’m so happy with my new cookware! This cookware is wonderful! I don’t understand the negative reviews? Cooking with stainless is a bit of a learning curve, but it very easy. A word to the wise for the reviews. Pasta should be constantly stirred for 30 seconds to a full minute when you first dump in. The prevents sticking entirely! Make sure your cookware is heated properly before adding your ingredients to pans, don’t dump into a cold pan. A little Bar Keepers scrub for stainless will have your pots and pans like brand new! These are an investment, if you don’t cook much or know how, these are not for you. Great product by Viking!! I’m hoping to add several more pieces to my collection!

USA Made - Hard to Clean
lI liked the fact that this cookware was made in the USA. I thought I would have a great set of cookware to last a long time. To my dismay these pots and pans are the hardest thing I have ever had to clean. I have followed their recommendations. and some of those who have written reviews. All of mine are stained and ugly. Professionals may use these but they have someone else to clean them. I'm sorry to say I would not spend that kind of money again on this cookware.

With every penny!
It pays to invest in this fabulous set of cookware! I am so happy with the quality! Each piece cooks perfectly, and the pan sizes are spot-on for a core set of cookware. I also purchased a 6 qt stock pot and I’m glad that I did. It’s the perfect size for pasta and soups. The lids fit well, there are no finish flaws, no sharp edges, and the long handles stay cool.
