So. Long story short my reason for a low star review might be user error. I might just not be as skilled as other people who are using them, they seem to have everything stick to it. And they’re awfully hard to clean. The design seems great. But honestly the cleaning is too hard to actually consistently want to use them.

Quality pots and pans
Overall, the quality is excellent! the pots are sturdy, heavy, and heat evenly, which I really love. They feel very well made and durable. That said, I’ve struggled a bit with the fry pan. When frying eggs, they tend to stick badly, so I may still be learning the best technique or heat control for it. Aside from that, I’m very happy with the set and use the pots regularly 🙂

Very durable
The quality of the pots are really good and durable. After cooking in the pots I have to say that for them to be non stick pots some of the food was sticking to the bottom of pot with a regular stir on low heat.

Love these!
Cooking with stainless steel can be a bit difficult, but I absolutely love these pants. They make it a lot easier. I wish there was a heat resistant handle so you could grab the pan directly.

A great investment set
Viking 3-Ply Stainless Steel 10-Piece Cookware Set with Metal Lids is a wonderful investment for your kitchen. I've used these pots several times, and love the way they cook food. They heat evenly on my glass-top stove, and the handles for the pans and lids don't get hot. (They do get warm, but not anything that is untouchable.) They have heavy bottoms, and you can tell they are well-made, high-quality products. I would recommend these to anyone looking for quality stainless-steel cookware for their home, or as a gift to a family chef.

Viking pots and pans
Viking is a great brand. They have very good pots and pans and they are durable as well. It’s not a budget brand but you do get what you pay for. They are quite heavy so keep that in mind if you use them on a regular basis. Other than that, no complaints on them

Nice and sturdy
Really like the weight to three pans, really like that there are measurements in the saucer pans. One of the pans does stick, but working on the ways to help with that.

Good quality!
I love these pans! If you ever have the chance to try stainless steel pans you will love them! Nothing ever gets stuck if you know how to use it properly. The handles do get a bit warm since the heat gets distributed throughout but it's not hot to where you can't touch it. However I would still be careful! Overall I would recommend for anyone who's looking for stainless steel pans and pots as a gift or for yourself!
