Customer service online ordering

I ordered this via phone yesterday as I tried to order online with my gift card but the system would not accept the gift card. I called customer service - 3rd party out of country - obviously… the agent got everything wrong from my name, shipping address, email and phone number which incidentally she put 6 digits in the last 4 of my phone number … the only reason I discovered this was I did not receive a confirmation number and went to my account to discover every single thing was wrong. I tried the “chat” first and that person advised I would have to wait until I received my order to return it…. I tried to explain that I would not receive it as the address was input wrong even after spelling everything out to the person originally. I then called customer service and they stated they cancelled order and I would receive a confirmation but I asked how as they have the wrong email address on order… as a customer with an account that has my correct contact info why it was so difficult.
