Expected way better quality and accuracy

I purchased two bath towels. My issues are as follows: Length: It wasn’t even close to the size it claimed in the ad. I’m 72” This comes nowhere near my size and it’s suppose to be 68”. It came to my waist. Quality: I expected better quality from the description and the review from a year back. What I got wasn’t up to par. Nowhere near it. The gold etc pattern looked cheapish printed on. The Versace pattern on the rest of the towel looks good. It’s not soft or fluffy. IT’S DEFINITELY NOT like the pictures. Either they switched up from a year back or something. I have cheaper towels that are softer and fluffier. One of these towels was for a friend of mine. I don’t see it being up to par for her. She’s not boujie, I just wanted a really soft and quality bath towel for her. I was going to keep one but I got turned off by the pattern quality. I expected better from this brand and it being made in Italy. Sadly this isn’t the first time I’ve seen that said about something from this brand.
