Gorgeous thick wool with strange fit

This sweater has a plush feel and I had high hopes for a VB sweater. Unfortunately the colors aren't nearly as vibrant as in the photo. It's short, not quite cropped, a very in-between length. The sleeves are very long. The V-neck is well shaped but the dropped shoulders are off.
