My new signature scent!

I initially received a sample of this fragrance at Neiman Marcus. I went back a few days later to purchase, it’s sold out. I was told it was exclusively for Neiman Marcus however I googled the fragrance and found out it was sold at Bloomingdale’s. I immediately bought it online. It’s probably sold out now because only a few bottles were left. This fragrance smells divine, rich and elegant! It is not blind buy in my opinion. It’s definitely another buy over and over. And the scent lasts for hours. Please restock soon.

False advertisement

This review is not about the perfume. This review is the poor business practice of Bloomingdale's. I purchased the perfume online and chose to have it delivered because the expected delivery date would be the 23rd. Entered all of my details everything remained the same. I completed the purchase and two days later. It finally was shipped with an expected delivery date of the 27th. Two days after Christmas. Then I started a chat with their customer service and it is clear that Bloomingdale's does not have a car in the world for customers or their satisfaction. They are strictly here to make sales. I even included some of the lesson satisfactory replies from their representative. Bottom line, if customer service is what you seek, take your business elsewhere.

I can’t describe how this scent made me feel, in a bad way that is, not what I expected, just very muted notes and nothing pops up as distinguished one. Not for me.
