Likable but uncomfortable

This boot is cute and very stylish. Does look bulking with a sleeve on top, but still I like. The right boot rub my heel so bad that I could not tolerate so I had to send them back due to being an uncomfortable while walking. But a solution to their problem is to just Band-Aid your heel when wearing the boots or by an insert for the heel. or by an insert for the heel to be protected in the boot. I have no other complaints. But still, I returned them?

2 Great looks in 1 boot

I love these booties, I wear them with and without the puffer for 2 different looks. Very warm & comfortable and clean well. I wipe them with a damp cloth every now and then. The best!

Cute and stylish

Overall, this boot is very cute, but also very uncomfortable. Like some of the other comments, it does flop off your feet even though you buy your true size. You have to put a heel support in the boot because it will rub your heel. it is also narrow to put on you have to force your foot in
