Best Slipper

Favorite pair of slippers since 9th grade. Quality is a little different from the Ugg’s in 2008 but still love them all the same.

Never arrived and customer service won’t help

I ordered these shoes Jan 3, and it’s now Jan 15 and they still haven’t arrived. I’ve called in twice for help and both people I spoke with were unwilling to help or advise where the package is or when it will arrive even though it’s been now 9 business days. Really upset about this, and wish anyone would help.

No help from customer service

Do NOT buy these shoes. The shoe immediately fell apart and Bloomingdale's Customer Service refused to do anything to help.

disappointing

It seems this uGg company isn't the same quality as the original UGG Since 1974/made in Australia company. This shoe is of subpar quality. The faux shearling falls apart quickly and there is no support in the shoe. The original made UGG is far superior and lasts well over 20 years. I still wear my original UGGs from Australia and you can clearly see the difference. This shoe fell apart after a couple of months. I'll be sure to order directly from the original UGG since 1974 company going forward. This was a complete waste of money.
