Boots dented on toe

I ordered the black in 6T they were a little small and I noticed the boot was dented in the same spot on the toe. Returned for size 7T. Received those and the toe area looks worn on top of the boot. Looks like white or grey ish. Now it's saying they can't be returned. Very upset these were a gift.

Nice Boots

My 22 month old grandson loves his boots. When he tried them on he stomped around the living room. That lets me know that he loves them so I'm happy.
