Lasted only 4 months.

Bought these for my daughter, in less than 4 months the lining is coming off inside the shoe and is completely worn away in several places. I contacted Ugg about their warranty and they told me this is expected wear and would not be covered. Save your money, they aren't expecting the shoes to last and won't back up the quality or craftsmanship.

Our styles are covered for up to one year against any manufacturing defects that may arise, it looks like our warranty team determined your daughter's pair fell under normal wear and tear. We understand some people may get more mileage quicker than others which may lead to quicker wear down on styles. We understand this may be frustrating; we unfortunately don't cover normal wear and tear and aren't able to override the warranty department's decision.
