Runs Large

The boots are super soft and comfortable but they do run large. I typically wear a 7.5 or an 8. I first ordered the 8 and it was way too big. I then got the 7 and it's also a little large.

The color is not as it suppose to be.

The boots are not really black. My daughter wore it one time and the back of it started to rub and have a dark blue color. I am very disappointed after paying so much for the boots.

Ehh

Ugg products are overpriced. The only reason I purchased these was because I had a gift card that I needed to use and nothing else at Bloomingdale's was worth it to me. I've had similar boots from Bear paw brand that are way more comfortable, these kinda dig into the top of my foot where it meets my ankle, I'm hoping they will break in quickly and become more comfortable.

They could have definitely been better!

My boots came all flattened and crushed. Like why does my fur look matter and they supposed to be brand new??? Low key annoying asl, none of my uggs have ever came like this VERY DISAPPOINTED!
