Terrible Customer Service

This item was sent to me with the security tag still attached. I am 325 miles from a Bloomingdales and not close to any real store that could remove it. I called customer service, which is a call center in The Philippines. First they said they could offer me 15% off my next purchase, and nothing to resolve the tag, which I said is ridiculous and not customer service. I asked to speak to a manager and all she offered was a refund and for me to return the item. Nothing else. So I will return the item and I have already made a purchase with another retailer not affiliated with Federated. What terrible customer service Bloomingdales.

Plush and cozy robe

The robe was expected, extremely plush and cozy and soft. It is a bit bulky, but I guess that’s why you buy a Ugg robe, to be extremely warm and cozy. The sleeves stay up pretty well if you need to roll them up while dressing which was important for me. I wish it came in more colors.

Best robe I’ve ever worn

It was given to me by my son and the robe is the best I’ve ever worn. It’s extra soft and plush. I love the hoodie on it. He bought me a size bigger (medium) and the loose fit feels more like a throw blanket on me.

First online purchase experience

The website provided ease of navigation and tracking notifications were supplied during transit. Pricing was in line with other retailers and the merchandise arrived as scheduled within a few days of placing the online order. I plan to continue purchasing from Bloomingdale’s in the future.
