Terrible Customer Service
This item was sent to me with the security tag still attached. I am 325 miles from a Bloomingdales and not close to any real store that could remove it. I called customer service, which is a call center in The Philippines. First they said they could offer me 15% off my next purchase, and nothing to resolve the tag, which I said is ridiculous and not customer service. I asked to speak to a manager and all she offered was a refund and for me to return the item. Nothing else. So I will return the item and I have already made a purchase with another retailer not affiliated with Federated. What terrible customer service Bloomingdales.
Plush and cozy robe
The robe was expected, extremely plush and cozy and soft. It is a bit bulky, but I guess that’s why you buy a Ugg robe, to be extremely warm and cozy. The sleeves stay up pretty well if you need to roll them up while dressing which was important for me. I wish it came in more colors.
