Love it
Love it!! Upgraded from a cheaper made product. Wish it had a pocket for a water bottle although you can pay more for an attachment for one. I don’t like that as it’s not secured and bounces around.

Perfect size
This was the perfect size backpack for me. I use it every day for work and also for traveling. This backpack is considered a medium size. The next size above this one was a bit much for me. I recommend you consider the dimensions as this will help you decide, It's also very comfortable on your back. Love it.

Almost perfect. But…
Only issue is the front pocket for holding pens and other items is just not designed well. The pockets are way too deep and most of my stuff in that compartment end up on the bottom. However I love the bag in every other way. But how did the designers create such a bad compartment? My old Briggs and Riley held smaller items better. But I still like the Tumi more! Water bottle pocket too small. I’m

Oh that contrast zipper. Triggering
Solid 4 stars. This book bag hits that magical trick that most bags get wrong. Small foot print visually but swallows up like a bigger bag. I’m a bigger person and always found the larger packs with laptop tend to sit on my back taking up a lot of real estate. The slimmer packs always failed due to internal volume. Also the straps on these are made for slimmer profiles. This navigation back pack gets things right. Moving the top grab handle from the top of the bag, or cheapening out by putting a loop at the seem, to the pack straps is genius and classy. Structurally also keeps from the shoulder straps from being torn from the body by distributing the load. The use of recycled ballistic nylon is so playable and soft. Weave seems tighter than the older ballistic nylon from decades ago. Things that I don’t agree with but are minor. Use of the pu plastic for the side pockets. No chest strap. The bronze zipper for contrast. It’s so distracting. I see they tried it to break up the bag and match the tumi plaque but it’s such an eye sore. All the other zippers are black. It triggers. The base of the bag is actually cushioned and reinforced but very minimally. I might consider going to a cobbler and adding my own personal touch to upgrade the lux of this bag. A leather section for the bottom of the bag that covers the main section. Soft supple leather.

It’s ok
Sturdy construction and nice compartments. Not super spacious. Side pocket would not fit even a regular water bottle.
