Great small kit

This is the best dobb kit I have owned. Segregated but compact and I use it almost every day at the gym or traveling. It’s 5 years old and not ready to replace.

Great luggage quality of construction and function, however it holds so much it’s nearly impossible to not exceed the airline’s weight limits without incurring fees. I wish I would have purchased the one size smaller.

The Best Brief backpack!

Its worth spending the money if you want the best backpack from Tumi. Space is awesome-fits my laptop perfect and all other items. Plus, it's sits upright perfect as my last backpack always fell over. Not to mention it's super high end looking too. Happy travels Dino

Good Bag has serious flaw.

I have owned this bag now for several years. Although it is superior, in my opinion, to most, it has one major design flaw. When the bag is expanded, there is no support for the expansion and as a result it drags on the ground, damaging the bag. This flaw makes the bag useless for carrying heavy items such as books and files unless you are willing to ignore the damage being done to this , not so inexpensive, briefcase.

Very disappointed in quality and service.

Garbage. The design is horrible and the bag will fall apart. They refuse to repair or replace them too. This is hardly the durability or service I expected from the Tumi brand. I’m very disappointed and would never recommend spending this kind of money on luggage that cannot last.

Not amazing.

Not amazing. Difficult to close and does not open in a convenient fashion making it hard to just grab something. Falls over easily, does not have the built in support needed to hold things in place - would be obvious to have some straps or pockets to keep things in the spaces where things can fit and need to be in order for it to close but does not have this. The handle is also not as sturdy as would like, twists and feels like it will break with time. Overall disappointed.

Great bag, not great service

Love the bag, but the zipper broke after using one time. Called Tumi and instead of just replacing the bag, I need to got through process of sending in for repair. I think given it was only used once and within a month of purchase, a replacement would have been warranted.

Over 2 years and still in love

I have owned this particular bag for over 2 years now. I travel about 7-10 times a year. It has held up. I was worried about spending this much on a suitcase...but it was an investment worth every penny!! I'm not gonna lie...this bag is heavy when empty so if you pack like me...get a handheld bag scale for &10 to keep track of weight. I love my Tumi. I'll never buy another brand for myself again.
